Bethlen Cottages Retirement Village in Ligonier provides a worry-free lifestyle in a scenic, country setting. Living in Bethlen Cottages is designed for individuals 65 and older who desire to live in a safe  but independent environment. This worry-free lifestyle includes cottage maintenance, weekly transportation to local shopping, resident luncheons and activities, health and spiritual programs.

 

 
Residents pay a monthly occupancy fee. This fee includes maintenance of the home (interior and exterior), maintenance  and /or replacement of major appliances, snow removal, grass mowing, scheduled transportation, trash pick-up, taxes and "rent".

Residents are responsible for utilities including electric, water, sewage, cable and telephone. Personal Expenditures may include groceries, medication, insurance, doctor visits, etc.
