Your message will be delivered during normal business
hours, Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. Bethlen
Communities staff will make every effort to deliver eGreetingsTM
promptly; however, large volumes of cards received on
weekends and/or holidays may take longer to print and
deliver.
Please refrain from sending confidential information within
your greeting, since it will be printed and seen by the
Bethlen staff in the normal course of providing this service
to the residents. In order to maintain a resident’s privacy,
please do not include information of a personal nature such
as medical information. Upon receipt, the eGreetingsTM
will be printed, reviewed by Bethen staff to identify the
recipient, folded and sealed, and then delivered to the
resident’s room.
Please note that this service is solely for the purpose of
sending eGreetingsTM
to current residents. Any other type of communication or
message (e.g., business solicitation, offensive or obscene
language) is considered inappropriate and will not be
delivered. Inappropriate messages will be discarded at the
discretion of Bethlen staff.
At the present time, this service only allows for receipt
and delivery of communications to residents. We are unable
to provide outgoing electronic communications or email
services for residents.
