Bethlen Communities is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with varied life style options and assured quality care that is right for you and your loved ones.  Throughout Bethlen Communities, our comprehensive services are designed to offer a person centered lifestyle for each resident while maintaining a high standard of care.  Bethlen’s staff is committed to helping residents maintain the “Spirit for Living”.

Bethlen living and care options include:

Bethlen Cottages: Independent Living for residents who do not needed personal assistance.

Ligonier Gardens: Personal Care for people who require little to moderate help with the activities of daily living and healthcare.

Bethlen Home: Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation for both short- and long-term care. Friendship Garden’s, a specialty care unit for those experiencing dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, is within Bethlen Home.

Home Care: Home Health care for those who need nursing assistance following a surgery or illness.

Hospice: End of life Hospice Services providing physical, emotional and spiritual care and support to patients and their families.

Companion Caregiving Services: Companionship/Helper and low level personal care services offered by Companion Care at home.  These services are available to both residents within and outside the Bethlen Community.

Having several levels of care available on campus is an incredible benefit—it provides the security of knowing that if you need personal care, rehabilitation care, memory care, or skilled nursing care at some point in the future, you won’t have to move to another community. Once connected to the Bethlen Community, you have the assurance of knowing home health, companion care and hospice services will be provided by those you have come to know and trust.
