Part Time




  • High School Graduate
  • Must possess a current and valid Driver’s License
  • Must meet all local health regulations and criminal background checks and post offer drug test and physical exam if required and must have and maintain all required licenses, certifications and continuing education requirements.


  • Assist in developing, coordinating and directing a comprehensive recreational and entertaining activities program.
  • Assist in keeping Birthday and Activity Boards current on each floor.
  • Set up rooms for new admits regarding flowers, name tags and photos
  • Encourage and assist each resident to socialize and participate in group activities to their needs and interest.
  • Assist in the decorating efforts on appropriate holidays
  • Work with volunteers and community service groups
  • Assist in documentation required by state regulations for activity Dept.
  • Perform related duties assigned by Supervisor


  • Attend and participate in In-Service Programs.

The employee must be able occasionally lift and/or move, push or pull up to fifty- (50) pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
